The strategy provides for consolidating the company’s position in Poland, increasing sales in Europe and new markets, as well as further investments. The company has notched up a steady sales growth of 60% over the last five years, and the high quality of its products has come to be corroborated by prestigious awards and distinctions.
With a view to obtaining extra funds to the amount of approx. PLN10m, to be earmarked for the company’s development, the board of Baltic Wood S.A. announces the decision to issue shares in a public offering, as well as to float shares in the alternative trading system of NewConnect run by the Warsaw Stock Exchange. The board is intending to make the public offering pursuant to Article 7 Paragraph 9 of the Act on Public Offering. Thus, the board announces the beginning of the action aimed at realizing the above intention, with the proviso that the realization will require a consent from the shareholders granted during a general meeting.
During the forthcoming fair of Domotex 2018 Baltic Wood is going to present hot flooring trends, and, for the first time, ash floors from the latest JAZZY Collection. The première will be accompanied by the world-class, jazz saxophonist – a true star – Aretha Chmiel. The event that will take place in Hannover, 12-15 January 2018, is one of the world’s most important fairs dedicated to the floor coverings industry.
