Janusz Zajdel
Chairman of the Board

Janusz Andrzej Zajdel is a graduate of the University of Science and Technology in Kraków.
He majored in Automatics and Metrology and began his professional career as the main technologist at WSK PZL Krosno (aircraft and aircraft equipment manufacturer) in 1980. In 1988 he became Sales Director and later on Managing Director of WSK PZL Krosno. He also gained much experience as a Director at Menasco (currently Goodrich), a Polish-American company manufacturing subassemblies for the aviation industry. In 1999 he began working for Baltic Wood as the Technical Director. Since 2001 he has been the Chairman of the Board.


Elżbieta Szydłowska
Sales and Marketing Director

Elżbieta Szydłowska is a graduate of the WSB NLU and MBA. She has been working for Nowy Styl Group for 13 years. She has built the Marketing Department from scratch. She was involved with market research, product development, marketing communications and co-authored sales strategies. As the Marketing and PR Director she was co-responsible for the marketing strategy of the trademarks owned by the Nowy Styl Group. Since 2009 she has been directing Sales and Marketing for Baltic Wood.



Jan Florian
Operating Director

Jan Florian is a graduate of Technical University in Krakow. Before joining the Baltic Wood team, Jan Florian worked in the automotive trade. He has 14-year experience in quality as well as process and product engineering. Between 1994 and 2008 he worked for Delphi, culminating in the position of Vice Worldwide Director of Process Engineering and responsible for production plants in Europe and Asia. Since 2009 Jan Florian has been the Operating Director at Baltic Wood.
